These terms apply to your use of onerest.eu and to consumer orders placed through the site. The version displayed when you order forms part of the contract. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory rights you have under the law that applies to you.
OneRest blackout blinds are made to the width, height, colour and other specifications submitted with your order. Follow the measurement guide and check every selection before paying. We aim to show colours and images accurately, but displays and lighting can vary. Your 30-day sleep trial, Fit Promise and legal rights are described in our Refund Policy.
Prices are shown in the currency for the selected market and include VAT where applicable. The total price, any optional service and any delivery, tax or import charge collected by us are shown before you confirm payment. Payment is processed by the provider offered at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation after successful payment. We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch for a genuine availability issue, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing or technical error, or an address we cannot serve. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund the amount charged.
Made-to-measure production normally starts within 24–48 hours after order confirmation. Contact us immediately to request a measurement, colour, address or order change. We will help where we can, but cannot guarantee a change or pre-delivery cancellation after production starts. If the order cannot be stopped, the voluntary 30-day return process remains available after delivery.
Standard shipping is free to supported delivery addresses. Estimated arrival is 10–15 calendar days after ordering; the product page may show this as a date range. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery appointments. We remain responsible for the goods until you, or a person you nominate, physically receives them, except where you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer. Goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the ordinary EU or UK statutory no-fault withdrawal right. OneRest nevertheless voluntarily includes its made-to-measure blinds in a 30-day sleep trial starting on delivery, with free standard return shipping. Products must match their description, be fit for their usual purpose and meet the quality required by applicable law. EU consumers have a minimum two-year legal conformity guarantee from delivery; national law may provide longer protection. UK consumers retain their remedies under applicable consumer law. The OneRest 30-day sleep trial and Fit Promise are additional and never replace mandatory rights. Remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
You may use the site only for lawful personal shopping. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent information or reproduce OneRest content for commercial use without written permission. Site text, graphics, logos, photography and design are owned by or licensed to OneRest and protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for unforeseeable losses or business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used. Payment providers, carriers and cross-border partners may process information needed to complete your order under their own notices.
Your order will be processed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or access to the competent courts available under the law of your country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern promptly.
We may update these terms for future site use and future orders. A change does not retrospectively alter the terms that applied to an order already confirmed. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
