Every OneRest blind is made to your measurements, so contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order.
Production normally starts within 24–48 hours after order confirmation. If we can stop the order before production starts, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid.
Once made-to-measure production has started, we cannot guarantee a change or pre-delivery cancellation. If the order cannot be stopped or has shipped, receive it and use our voluntary 30-day sleep trial. Standard return shipping is free. See our Refund Policy.
We issue an approved cancellation refund to the original payment method without undue delay and normally within 5–10 business days. Any shorter mandatory deadline overrides this estimate. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the credit.
Made-to-measure goods may be excluded from the ordinary statutory no-fault withdrawal right. The OneRest 30-day sleep trial is a voluntary additional promise and does not limit rights for faulty, damaged or non-conforming goods.
